There are specific practices which are perfect for your constitution, as well as practices that you gain great benefit from in a general class environment. Have fun whichever one you choose! Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic flowing practice that builds strength, flexibility and discipline. It is a method of Yoga that has the same set of postures in a series, to allow you to practice solely on your own. It is through a steady, mindful self-practice that you build the awareness of self.

AyurYoga Ayurvedic Yoga – directly works with the energetic qualities of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. These qualities combine themselves specifically within each one of us differently. You will understand how they are manifesting within you, and what asanas and pranayama to work with to keep them in balance for your constitution.

Baby Yoga Mother & Baby Yoga is fun, nurturing and joyful. Classes are filled with sequences for strengthening the tummy, lower back and pelvic hammock. You and baby will enjoy movement with songs, massage sequences for babies and, of course, deep relaxation techniques to send you and baby into a calm, soothed, refresh state of mind.

Dhatu Yoga The Dhatus are the tissues that make up our physical structure according to Ayurveda. During a dhatu yoga class we focus on these tissues and the energetic pathways that run through them. This creates a deeper understanding of mind/body connection, including the strengthening of the body's support systems.

Pranayama The breath is life! Pranayama is the practice of different types of breathing techniques to enhance your mind, body and spirit. Appropriate pranayama will be given according to the conditions needing addressed.

Pregnancy Yoga You will learn techniques to tone your body to support your baby/ies growth, as well as how to relax properly for birthing. Simple movements will provide relief from feeling lethargic, compressed or out of breath. There is no need to have any previous experience of Yoga as this is especially for you during pregnancy.

Yin Yoga is a practice where postures are held for 3 minutes or more. A session will usually focus on cleansing a particular set of organs to nourish our emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. This nourishment of our inner awareness strengthens our ability to be grounded, present and satisfied in each moment of our life; whether the external environment is one of calm or chaos.
